2. Counter-Notification

If you believe that material you posted on Maui Juice was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include the following:

  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court in which your address is located, or if outside the United States, that you consent to the jurisdiction of any judicial district in which we are located, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.

3. Repeat Infringer Policy

Maui Juice reserves the right to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, user accounts that are deemed to be repeat infringers. A repeat infringer is a user who has been notified of infringing activity more than once and/or has had infringing content removed multiple times from our website.
